Doctor Harper Summary

A compilation of Harper the Hypnotist.Disclaimer: Many of these have yet to appear in the game as Harper is a background character, this is to be an informative summary to better explain them as a character and as well to depict them canonically. Will update more when more news is revealed. (Last Update: Sept. 21. 2025.)In game canon: Harper is the Player Character's primary doctor, who appears to be 25 years old and has blond(e) hair with a fringe. They appear to be kind and helpful towards the PC, but they are actually quite twisted and perverse as they live a double life in the asylum and also on the Under Ground Farm. (ᶜᵃⁿᵒⁿ ʷᶦᵏᶦ ˢᵗᵃᵗᵉᵐᵉⁿᵗ)They are an energetic workaholic — who consumes too much sugar. ¹ All of their recordings are hosted on a private server, their motives are currently unknown. They abuse stimulants very often. ² They do not have any 'normal' fears, except the idea of not getting enough done. They may have lost something in the past. They have an extreme desire for power that it pushed them into the medical profession. ³ ⁴They do not have any sort of sexual fascination with blood or gore. It is currently unknown if Harper is their first name or their last name. ¹ ²
Harper likes milk chocolate the most. Harper likes sweet coffees, their least type of favorite food is bland food. They would enjoy a cream bun from PC too much. Their favorite color is purple. ¹ ² ³ ⁴ ⁵Currently, Remy is the closest person to Harper (second being Avery or Niki ¹ ²) through an understanding of each other, where it's more that they're members of the same organization. They seem to be after the same goal, wanting to have an abundance of power.¹ Harper's ranking within the cult is the highest, silver fox.² If there were to be a falling out, they would destroy each other.³ ⁴ Harper, Wren, Mason and Jordan were classmates.¹ Jordan does not trust Harper. Jordan witnessed Harper pull the legs off insects, and watch them squirm. Harper would not openly date a patient because of their professional status. Noah is a crossdresser, he finds comfort in dressing feminine. He has tan skin and dyed pink hair with pink heart shaped contact lenses. Ever since he was abandoned as a child, he had been a 'bit' too dependent on whoever is nicest to him. He cares too much about how people see him and will alter his personality to fit the situation.

Doctor Harper's Notes: Noah is an interesting patient of mine. She seems to have grown attached to me, as expected. After treating her for a couple months, it's easy to see that she's struggling with a various of things. Anxiety, depression, PTSD, BPD and bipolar (II). She seems to follow directions rather well, but her episodes will cause her to become more difficult. She cries often, begging to stay with me even while I'm busy. She's rather dramatic in retelling her trauma, despite me telling her that it never actually happened. Noah can be erratic when overwhelmed, becoming more desperate to escape the situation. One thing she can't seem to stand is being alone, she doesn't like being with her thoughts, it appears. I like to put her in isolation, just to watch. Overall, she has become my favorite.
